It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Washburn of Boone, Iowa, born in Ottumwa, Iowa, who passed away on January 25, 2025, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Washburn; her children, Amy Tijerina (James) and Kevin Holben (Andrea); her sister Kristie Stoddard (Noel); and her grandchildren, Collin, Conner, Cameron, Jackson, Kiersten and Jade.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hoy Kilnoski Funeral Home (1221 N 16th St, Council Bluffs, IA 51501). A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Alzheimer's Association.
