He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl and Lorena Aspengren Sr. (Koppenhaver); his former wife Betty Aspengren (Hicks); and his siblings, Velma Schreoder, Ruth Crouse, Virginia Aspengren, Rose Aspengren, Myra Fyler, Helen Low, Opal Bahren, Carl Aspengren Jr. and Melvin Aspengren.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Aspengren; his sons, Victor Aspengren (Carlene) and Eric Aspengren (Susan); his grandchildren, Megan and Vincent Aspengren; his sister Victoria Davis (Marlond); and his sister-in-law Kay Aspengren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
