He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Geske and Erna Geske (Knief); his wife Lucile Waligorski; and his sister Irene. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Geske (Sharon) of Edwards, Illinois and Elizabeth "Liz" Arnold (Bob) of Sherburn, Minnesota; his brother Lawrence Geske (Shirley) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; his great grandchildren, Jay Arnold, Bradley "BJ" Arnold, Darla Price and Anna Miller (Steven) of Phoenix, Arizona.; and also, Bentley, Shay, Sullivan of Sherburn, Minnesota, Angelina "Lina" and Billy of Sherburn, Minnesota.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church and School in Boone, Iowa in honor of Arnold.
