With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Alvin Wayne Moffet of Boone, Iowa, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lemuel Moffet and Hazel Moffet (Lewis); his daughters, Ginger Moffet and Pamela Turner; his grandchildren, Jason Huddleston and Courtney Moffet; his great grandchild Neomyiah; his brothers, L. Edwin Moffet (Ellen) and Daniel R. Moffet (Ann); and his brothers-in-law, Elton North and Kyle Ruther.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ann Moffet; his children, Sally A. Moffet (Charlie Haberer), Jacquelyn Rose Meunier (Robert) and Randy W. Moffet; his grandchildren, Kellie Enderson, Jeffrey Turner and Jennifer (Moffet); and his sisters, Barbara L. North and Eva Ruther.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Westhaven Community Chapel (112 W 4th St, Boone, IA 50036). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
