With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alex J. Zigler of Boone, Iowa, who passed away on June 27, 2021 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Wendel and Bonnie Roberts; his uncle Kevin Roberts; and his grandparents, Russell and Marjory Zigler.

He is survived by: his parents, Kim Tanke (Arnold) and James Zigler (Deb McDougal); his brothers, Michael Sanders (Ally Reed), James Sanders (Jessica Wood) and Russell Zigler (Maria); his nephews, Gabe and Ollie; and his girlfriend Wendy Bass.
