He was predeceased by: his father Michael Ray Adams, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Mary Johnson (Harvey); his children, Allison Adams and Trent Adams; the mother of his children Laura Remley; his stepfather David Johnson; his brother Kenneth Adams; and his stepsiblings, Mike Westlake, Michelle Schmall and Tami Johnson. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the family for future designation.
