He was predeceased by: his mother Ida Ruth Cox (Nester). He is survived by: his father Charles K. Cox; his children, Tina Kithcart and Philip Cox; the mother of his children Joanne Cox; and his siblings, Peggy Madison and Tommy Cox. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other loving relatives and many special friends.
