He was predeceased by: his wife Carla Gilmour. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Becky Flemmens (Terry) and Kim Campbell (Chris); his sisters, Hope Palmquist and Linda Johnson (Eric); and also, Heather Brittingham (Tom) and Bethany.
