He is survived by: his father Larry Moore of Bonaparte; his wife Lisa Rider; his children, Kate Wells (Luke) of Donnellson, Jake Moore (Stacy) of Keokuk and Paige Moore (Whitney) of Des Moines; his grandchildren, Avery, Carson Wells, Camron, Jason and Landon Moore; his mother-in-law Louise Rider of Farmington; and his siblings, Mary Jo Heitzman (Keith) of Tampa, Sharon Burek (Mike) of Winsted and Doug Moore (Angie) of Donnellson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
