Juanita Saunders Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Juanita Saunders of Bonaparte, Iowa, who passed away on February 5, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her daughter Debbie Sue; and her siblings, Joanne Horstman, Herman Hendrichsen, Jr. and Jerry Dean Henrichsen. She is survived by: her husband Herb; her sons, Rick Saunders of Bonaparte, Kevin Saunders (Sheila) of Durant and Deric Saunders (Dixie) of Bonaparte, Iowa; her grandchildren, Christopher Saunders (Jaymi), Kayla Harwell (Brad), Jessica Wells (Logan), Garrett Saunders (Kaitlyn) and Bonnie Corry (Cody); and her brothers, Duane Hendrichsen (Sandy) and Larry Hendrichsen (Marcia). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schmitz Funeral Homes - Farmington (501 S 4th St, Farmington, IA 52625). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
