She was predeceased by: her father Donald H.; her husband Gerald M. Burns (Buzzy); her daughter Carole Nickerson; and her sisters, Dorothy Morgan and Virginia Troutman.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Rempe (David) of Waterloo and Gerald M. Burns (Beverly) of Arkansas; her sister Wannabelle Mosier of Muscatine; and her grandchildren, Michael B., Cindy, Doug, Robin, Amanda, Bryan, Jeff, Jeremy, Michael R. and Alyssa. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren, plus many nieces and nephews.
