He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmond Carl and Maxine Cordilla Carver (Cunningham); his son Edmond Carl II; and his grandsons, Cody Ray, Tanner Ray and Stephan Karhoff.
He is survived by: his wife Lola Groseclose; his children, Stacey Powell, Angela Carver, Douglas Carver II, Joey Carver, Amanda Karhoff, Jack Mortimer, Jr. and Breanna Groseclose; and his brothers, Steven Carver, Floyd Carver, Byker Mark Carver and James Carver. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Schmitz Funeral Home (501 S 4th St, Farmington, IA 52626). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
