He is survived by: his wife Patricia; and his children, Pamilla Blakley of Fairfield, IA, Felicia Graham (Lee) of Fort Wayne, IN, Tawny Essary-Wood of Dallas City, IL, Shari Durand (Keith) of Dallas City, IL and Christy Moody (Jay) of Fort Wayne, IN. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren; numerous great grandkids; four sisters; and one brother.
