Steven Slyter Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 18, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Steven Slyter (Blue Grass, Iowa), born in Davenport, Iowa. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Slyter and Leona Slyter (Mealey); and his brothers, Toby, John and Bob.

He is survived by: his wife Jeanine Roggenkamp; his daughters, Stephanie Gilroy (Tom), Jodi Erichsen (Luke) and Shelly Hitt (Jeff); his grandchildren, Breanna Johnson, Hailey Vastine, Hunter Vastine and Natalie Hitt; his great grandchildren, Matthew and Harper; and his siblings, Dave Slyter, Keith Slyter and Cheryl Terry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to the Central High School Athletics Department or the American Cancer Society.
