It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Lusby (Blue Grass, Iowa), born in Moberly, Missouri, who passed away on September 2, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank E. Jr. Lusby and Peggy G. Lusby (Calvin); and his stepfather Virgil B. Spicer. He is survived by: his sister Sharon Rutherford of San Antonio, TX; and his nieces and nephews, Sherri Garrow of San Antonio, TX, Richie Rutherford of Austin, TX and Brandee Rutherford of Austin, TX.
