He is survived by: his spouse Sue Croy; his children, Scott McCarl, Vietnam McCarl, Jennifer McCarl and Blue Grass; his grandchildren, Trystan, Aiden, Dakota and Sarah; and his brother Roger Giebelstein of Davenport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
