Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gloria Hay (Blue Grass, Iowa), born in Rock Island, Illinois, who passed away at the age of 88, on April 11, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ival Mullen and Myra Mullen (Woods); and her brother Robert Mullen. She is survived by: her husband Carl Hay, Jr.; her children, Lynn Snyder (Dave), Milan, Carol Parr (Jeff) and Carl "Buddy" Hay (Paula); and her grandchildren, Cindy Bisby (Phil), Milan, David Snyder (Amy), Scott Snyder (Kristin), Bettendorf, Kelly Parr, Kristen Parr, Adam Hay, Germany and Stephanie Hay. She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren and many extended family members and dear friends.
