He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cliff Milne and Margaret Milne (Johnson); his wife Diane Smith; his daughters, Jessica Collier (David) of LeClaire, IA. and Erica Milne-Carleton (Douglas); his grandchildren, Nora, Eloise, Christian and Cole; his siblings, Brian Milne (Sharon) of Davenport, IA., Craig Milne of West Springfield, MA., Karen Gerboth (Kevin) of Davenport, IA., Loren Milne (Crystal) of Davenport and Sarah (Jeff); and his daughter Jacqueline.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or Grandview Baptist Church, Davenport.
