He is survived by: his wife Ellen Loetz; his children, Darrin Conklin of Davenport, Lori Owens (Dave) of Davenport, Traci Blake (Bobbie) of Davenport and Michelle Korver (Seth) of Davenport; and his brother Terry Conklin (Sandy) of Davenport. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family or St. Jude's.
