He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis G. Brown and LaRue Brown Brown; his wife Jane Bennett; his sister Jerry Lee Smith (Don Smith); and his foster brother Chester Funk.
He is survived by: his nieces, Debbie McSparen (Rocky) of Bloomfield and Denise Payne (Mike) of Bloomfield; and his nephew Danny Smith (Lisa) of Drakesville.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wagler Funeral Home (304 W Jefferson St, Bloomfield, IA 52537). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
