He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Dale and Billie Lorraine Morrill Park; and his sister Jacqueline Warner. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Park of Bloomfield; his daughters, Laura Ammenhauser (Clint) of Ottumwa and Lacey Allison of Oskaloosa, Iowa; his grandchildren, Evan Allison and Norah Allison; and his sister Pam Hall (Brian) of Newton, Kansas..

Memorials have been established to the Bloomfield United Methodist Church and the National Kidney Foundation.
