He is survived by: his daughter Kate Campbell (Jeremiah) of Bloomfield; his grandchild Collyn Campbell; and his sisters, Gina Burket of Grimes and Lisa Orosz (Michael) of Marion, Iowa..

A memorial has been established to the Look to the Stars Cancer Foundation in Bloomfield.
