He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Moses and Iva Mae Huffman Howk; and his siblings, Betty Aims, Sandra Luko, Linda Blasi, Vicki Shively, Jackie Rae Howk and Benny Howk.
He is survived by: his son Scott Howk of Oskaloosa; and his siblings, Tom Howk (Judy) of Floris, Harry Howk of Pulaski, Iowa, Sharon Blasi (Kevin) of Bloomfield and LaRue Heaton of Kirksville. He is also survived by his family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the Jubilee Family Church.
