He is survived by: his pets, Flo and Benji; his parents, Galen Sleeth and Janice Sleeth of Bloomfield; his brother Kevin Sleeth (Candice) of Bloomfield; and his niece Kristen Headley of Bloomfield. He is also survived by aunts and uncles.
