She was predeceased by: her parents, Delphin B. Bales and Merita Hawkins Bales; her sons, Stephen Clark and Warren Clark; and her brothers, Dean Bales, Larry Bales and Bob Bales.
She is survived by: her former husband Donald Clark; her son Michael Clark (Teri) of Eldon, Iowa; her brothers, Bill Bales (Shirley) of Richland and Carl Bales (Nancy) of Pulaski, Iowa; her close friend Al Clark of Centerville, Iowa; and her daughters-in-law, Cindy Clark of Bloomfield and Lynn Clark of Knoxville, Iowa.. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to her family to be designated at a later date.
