We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2025, at the age of 68, Mark McFarland of Bloomfield, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Mark departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Mark. Though Mark may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert McFarland and Irene Millard McFarland; and his sisters, Judy Warner and Cathy Dianne McFarland. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Bankson; his children, Travis McFarland (Ashley) of Grimes, Iowa and Rachel Coffman (Brandon) of Bloomfield; and his grandchildren, Jacey, Maxim McFarland, Liam, Olivia and Pierce Coffman.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Wagler Funeral Home (304 W Jefferson St, Bloomfield, IA 52537).
