She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Parker and Mary Sutton Parker; her husband Jack Ugene Mincks; her son Tim Mincks (Tim); and her siblings, Vivian Cheek, Delton Parker, Carol Snyder and Lois Wintermote.
She is survived by: her children, Jack Mincks (Brenda) of Mitchellville, Mary Russell (Jim Spencer) of Moravia and Bob Mincks (Patricia) of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Ann Mincks (Moneer Al Azzawi), Philip Mincks (Maureen), Laura Brecht (James), Ryan Mincks (Natalie), Adam Mincks, Bill Russell (Amy), Joe Russell, Amy Bashiru and Brittany Peiffer (Chris); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Ira Mincks, Dalton, Leah Simmons, Jacob Pennington, Madison Russell, Alaya Flores and Matthew Peiffer; her daughter-in-law Lois Mincks of Columbus Junction, Iowa; and her sister Wilma Veatch.
A memorial has been established to the family to be designated at a later date.
