She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Norman Groves Jr. and Helen Louise Guise; her husband Charles Elam; her son Isaac Elam; and her brother Pete Groves.
She is survived by: her sons, Josh Elam (Nalissa) of Mesa and Abe Elam (Kylei) of Bloomfield, Iowa; her grandchildren, Kaley, Jordyn Elam, Micah, Marcus, MaKenna, Macey, Pearl and Koraline Elam; her stepmother Zulema Groves; her half-siblings, Keith Groves and Denise Harmon; and her siblings, John, Jim, Tom and Mary. She is also survived by her many friends and family.
