She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Randolph and Birdie Scott Randolph; her husband Warren William "Bill" Balmer; her son-in-law Bob Gire; and her sisters, Pauline McNabb and Genevieve Runyon.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Gire (Jerry Potts) of Eldon, Iowa and Larry Balmer (Jo) of Bloomfield; and her grandchildren, Arthur Gire, Lorra Gire, Lisa Gilchrist, Dustin Balmer and Shelly Balmer. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
