She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Burdett and Lila Welshon Burdett; her daughter Linda Kay Hanna; her siblings, Helen Williams and Donald Burdett; and her grandson Tyler Steele.
She is survived by: her children, Sara Checkan, Kimberly Boer (Ricky), Alicia Snook (Brandon), Michelle Hayes (Jimmy), George Checkan III (Joyce), Jack Drew and Leroy Hanna Jr. (Patti); her siblings, Sanford Burdett (Joyce), Myrtle Jones and Rex Burdett (Anna); her close friend Johnny Ray; her grandchildren, Eric Chapman, Austin Chapman, Ashlyn Chapman, Dakota Steele, John Lindsey, Hunter Lindsey, Chase Lindsey, MaKayla Snook, Brogan Snook and Kynzlee Snook; and her great grandchildren, Aspyn Johnson, Winstyn Johnson, Ashton Lindsey, Harper Lindsey, Haxtyn Lindsey and Grayson Lipp. She is also survived by her family and friends.
