He is survived by: his children, Daniel Petefish of Chicago and Beth Andrew (Wes) of Newton; his sister Mary Snoddy; and his siblings-in-law, Betty Ross (Dick), Ruth Sumner (Chuck), Susan Brunk (Gerald) and James Stoker (May).
