We are sad to announce that on October 22, 2021, at the age of 74, John Hulsizer Sr. of Bloomfield, Iowa, born in Burlington, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hulsizer of Washington and Gladys Louise Fitzgerald Hulsizer; and his brother Kenneth Hulsizer. He is survived by: his wife Anita Hulsizer of Bloomfield; his children, John Hulsizer Jr. (Melanie) of Pecatonica, Steven Hulsizer (Valerie) of Bloomfield and Ann Dipple (Greg) of Daphne, Alabama; and his grandchildren, Jonathan, Isabella, Mitchell, Carli, Sophia Hulsizer, Clayton Hulsizer, Ally Chilton (Mac), Cayden (Allison), Devin, Jade, Stefan, Rachael Dipple, Jules, Joey and Lily Torres. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to the Ronald McDonald House.
