With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jo Swaim of Bloomfield, Iowa, who passed away on September 7, 2021 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mervin James and Helen Lucinda Thompson McElderry; her brothers, Tim Mervin McElderry and Tom McElderry; her husband Thomas Swaim; and her son-in-law Scott Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Marta Davis (Harold Woten), Scott Swaim (Darci) and Thomas Swaim (Joni); her brother James McElderry (Kay); and her sisters-in-law, Carol McElderry and Emeliy Springer. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
A memorial has been established to her family.
