She is survived by: her husband Jack Dixon; her children, Stephanie Bassett of Drakesville, Iowa and Michael Swaim (Terry) of Bondurant, Iowa; her stepson Doug Dixon (Lori) of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Justin Bassett, Ethan, Emily Erhardt, Damen and Caden Dixon; her great grandchildren, Eva, Paige and Brent Bassett; her brother Earl Werts of Bloomfield; and her brother-in-law Clinton Casteel of Bloomfield.
A memorial has been established to the Davis County Dollars for Scholars.
