She was predeceased by: her parents, Garold Horn and Iris Howell Van Horn; her brother Rodney Van Horn; her parents-in-law, Russell and Margaret Boone; her niece Stefanie Jo Boone; and her brothers-in-law, Jerry Christofferson, Larry Boone and Jerome Wyse.

She is survived by: her husband Richard Boone; her children, Vanessa Davidson (Jake) of Bloomfield and Scott Boone (Sheena White) of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Kelsey Boone, Aisha Boone (Braulio Garcia), Kaylie Boas (Colton), Kylie Barber, Conner Davidson (Samantha), Christopher Davidson and Kobe Boone; her great grandchildren, Kaison Schwering, Parker Boas, Hallie Boas, Anniston Barber and Braelynn Davidson; her sister Connie Denny (Chris) of Agency, Iowa; and her siblings-in-law, Allan Boone (Deena) of Phoenix, Bob Boone (Susan) of Phoenix, Jon Boone (Rhonda) of Leesburg, Florida, Lori Wyse of Phoenix, Bev Christofferson of Johnston and Lana Boone of Lake City, Florida.. She is also survived by her family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family with the intent of purchasing a park bench in her name at the Bloomfield City Park.
