She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hue and Leola Lough Jackson of Georgia; her husband Ralph Eugene Sample; her grandson Shawn Sample; her siblings, Carl Jackson and Thelma McConaghy; and her daughter-in-law Bondeena Sample.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth Sample of Bloomfield, Carl Sample of Drakesville, Larry Sample (Joyce) of Bloomfield, David Sample (Kathy) of Bloomfield and Ronald Sample (Darlene) of Liberty, Illinois. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Due to Covid-19, no visitation is planned.
