With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred Etchison of Bloomfield, Iowa, born in Liberty, Missouri, who passed away on March 11, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Etchison and Cora Estelle Mallad Etchison; his sister Maydean Garrison (Joe); and his half-siblings, Melvin Etchison (Wanda), Brownie Jacobs, Marie Jacobs Jones and Donna Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Etchison of Bloomfield; his children, Sherry Etchison of Bloomfield, Stephen Etchison (Lorry) of Bloomfield and Julie Etchison (Jack Jones) of Ottumwa; his grandchildren, William, Lucas Jones, Justice Quiggle and Aaron Hein; his great grandchildren, Courtney, Aimee and Alexis; his great great grandchild Kailor; and his brother Albert Jacobs (Brenda) of Kansas City, Kansas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial has been established to the Orleans Church of Christ.
