He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Eugene "Smoke" Huggins and Marlene Rae Giles Huggins; and also, Rex and Wilda Roberts (Shorty). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Gaylene Roberts; his sons, Clinton Eugene Huggins of Liberty, Bradley Adam Huggins (Jessica) of Bloomfield and Blake Warren Huggins of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Sutton, Ella, Finley, Gracie, Knox and Gavin; and his sisters, Julie Huggins (Nancy), Sue Utt (Gary), Mary Fetters (Brian) and Lisa Cox (Lewis).
In lieu of flowers, memorials have been established to the Davis County Sheep and Goat Producers and Davis County Look to the Stars Cancer Foundation.
