He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Marshall and Alph Faye Heartley (Henderson); his sisters, Rosemary Postel and Maudetta Price; and his great-nephew Tyler Davis.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lilah Stokes (James W.) and Charles F. Heartley; and his nieces and nephews, Dora Stokes, Joann Moore, Deborah Postel, Karen Steele, Lisa Pettit, Preston Heartley (Carren) and Marshall Heartley. He is also survived by 9 great- nieces and nephews and numerous extended family.
