She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Sylvester West Hoover and Eva Mae Davis Hoover; her husband Donald Jacobs; her sons, David Wayne Jacobs, Donald James Jacobs and Tommy Michael Jacobs; her siblings, Johnny Hover and Donna Dively; and her brother-in-law Ronnie Dively.
She is survived by: her children, Dianne Stein of Marionville, Maggie Arnold (Terry) of Bloomfield and Chris Jacobs of Bloomfield; her grandchildren, Kerry Arnold, Nathan Arnold, David Stein and Stephanie Stein; and her brothers, Bobby Hoover (Sandy) and Ronnie Hoover (Chrissy). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
