It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Mikels (Bloomfield, Iowa), who passed away on December 22, 2018, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. McDanel and Alice B. Boyer McDanel; her spouse Earl Mikels; and her daughter Erlene Mikels. She is survived by: her sons, Russ Mikels (Aleta) of Bloomfield and Richard Mikels; and her grandchildren, Gage Mikels, Blaise Mikels (Becky), Park Mikels, Sara Young and Andrea Huff. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
