She was predeceased by: her parents, Billie Laverne and Jean Katherine Shelton Stockham. She is survived by: her close friend Kermit Wood of Bloomfield; and her siblings, Pam Hoebeke (Gary) of Bullard, Sherry Hopkins (Larry) of Troy, Iowa and Bill Stockham (Sylvia) of Green Valley, Illinois. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Social distancing will be followed for the visitation and wearing a mask is recommended.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, that donations be given in Cindy's memory to the Davis County Look to the Stars Cancer Foundation.
