Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Charlotte Hougland of Bloomfield, Iowa, born in Milton, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 79, on March 21, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lowell Hall and Opal Bullock Hall; and her brothers, L. Dewayne Hall and Doug Hall. She is survived by: her husband James Hougland; her sons, Kevin Hougland (Kristi) of Bloomfield, Steven Hougland of Bloomfield and Brian Hougland of Jefferson City, Missouri; her grandchildren, Tasha Reyes of Ottumwa, Tera Hougland (Adam Cramer) of Ankeny, Kaylee Johnson (Dave Cody) of Albia, Randi Claahsen of Nebraska and Thomas Hougland of Jefferson City, Missouri; and her sister Mary Lee Cole of San Antonio, Texas.. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter.
Memorials have been established to the Look to the Stars Cancer Foundation in Bloomfield, EveryStep Hospice in Centerville, Iowa, and the Barker Cemetery.
