He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Sullivan; his daughters, Cindy Dirks (Neal) of Knoxville, Colleen Birchmier (Kurt) of Carlisle and Christine McClure (Mike) of Bloomfield; his daughter-in-law Kathi Scott of Bloomfield; his grandchildren, Angelia Scott, Zach Dirks, Caleb Birchmier (Judy), Claire Carlson (Matthew), Cody McClure and Megan McClure; his great grandchild Blake Barker; his brother Alvin Scott of Centerville, Iowa; and his siblings-in-law, Debra Scott of Gilbert, Arizona and Keith Sullivan (Beth) of Bloomfield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
