He was predeceased by: his father Roland Moore. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Bailey Moore of Bloomfield; his wife Peggy Moore of Bloomfield; his children, Clayton Moore (Molly) of Drakesville, Erin Humble (Adam) of Mt. Pleasant and Debbie Boyer (Frank) of Floris, Iowa; his grandchildren, Laynee, Aiden, Porter, Emma, Olivia and Brooke; and his sister Susan Knapp (Eric) of Bloomfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A memorial has been established to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
