She was predeceased by: her son Delphin E. Lewis. She is survived by: her children, Betty Jones, Bell Jones of Ottumwa, Martha Ann Jones of North Liberty, James K. Lewis (Debbie) of Arthur and Daniel P. Lewis of Ottumwa. She is also survived by two brothers; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
