He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Leo and Francesica Leo (Castillo). He is survived by: his children, Shawna Henry of Madill, Cammi Mowles (Suther) of Calera, Kellie Cavitt (Brent) of Tishomingo and Erica Leo of Tishomingo, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Kaia, Kali Henry of Madill, Mahaya, Judah Mowles of Calera, Brooklynn, Bellah, Gunnar and Hunter Cavitt of Tishomingo, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Richard Leo, Jr. of Brighton, Colorado and Carol Novotny of Madill, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family members, and friends.
