It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivadell Cora Straka of Blairstown, Iowa, who passed away on October 25, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph P. Selk and Mabel Selk (Parker); her husband Milo Straka; her grandson David Michael Straka; and her sisters, Annabelle Bolton, Josephine Phelps, Phyllis Danley and Judith Folkedahl.
She is survived by: her sons, Melvin Straka (Joyce) of Enid, OK and David Straka (Kim) of Luzerne; her close friend Larry Stoltenberg of Walcott, IA; her grandchildren, Jacob Straka of Enid, OK, Allen Straka of Ladora, Ashley Mundy (Christopher) of Cedar Rapids, Selena Straka of Cedar Rapids and Ethan Straka of Luzerne; and her brother-in-law Nanford Folkedahl of Marengo. She is also survived by 8 great- grandchildren.
