We are sad to announce that on October 12, 2023, at the age of 78, Gene DeNeve of Blairstown, Iowa, born in Belle Plaine, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman and Clara (Baetsle) DeNeve; his son Lanny; and his siblings, Patricia Flickinger and Fred DeNeve.
He is survived by: his wife Becky Kimmich; his children, Trent DeNeve (Wendy), Mindy Wallace (Andy), Jodi Metz (Steve), Cory DeNeve (Jana), Kami Thenhaus (Roger) and Kandee Kaiser (Adam); his grandchildren, Kaylee (Cris), Keaton (MaKayla), Kody (Emily), Alyssa (Andrew), Amber (Devon), Will, Charlie, Jory (Megan), Ashley (Ethan), Tristan (Liz), Emma (Dylan), Ariel (Jeff), Crystal, Seth, Kennedy, Morgan, Scott (Kayla), Kourtney (Avery), Ethan (Dawn), Jacob, Laurynn and Connor; his sister JoAnn McFarland; and his sister-in-law Shirley DeNeve.
