He was predeceased by: his son Gregory E. Kintzel; his grandson Ryan; and his siblings, Evelyn, Dorothy Bixler, Velma Schluter, Irvin, Art and Carl.
He is survived by: his wife Doris M. Schmidt of Blairstown; his children, Kathi Fehr (Mark) of Clutier, Dixie Caloud (Delbert) of Clutier, Denise Kermeen of Bloomington, MN and Kelley Glick (Rob) of Marion, IA; and his grandchildren, Travis, Tyler Kintzel of Luzerne, Jessica Doyle (Michael) of Independence, Jared Kupka of Belle Plaine, Jennifer Brown (Chad) of Tama, Melanie Neidick (Shawn) of Naples, FL, Megan Bertram (Lance) of Waterloo, Sara Bremenkampf of Colorado Springs, CO and Jamie Berg (Nathan) of Minneapolis, MN. He is also survived by 24 great-grandchildren.
